Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy, together with the Terms of Use, describes Bildago policies and procedures towards delivery of Products purchased on the Platforms. We make all commercially reasonable efforts and measures to ensure that the Products are delivered to Users on time.
If on reading the delivery policies, you do not agree to the terms contained in this Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Delivery Policy and may leave and stop using the Platforms. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.
Shipping & Charges
Bildago ships its products pan India. Orders placed will usually be shipped within 24 hours. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
We strive to deliver products purchased from Bildago in an excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Shipping charges are as follows:

Orders of Rs. 599/- or more: We provide free shipping to most locations.

Orders below Rs. 599/-: A fixed shipping fee of Rs. 50 is applicable. (This excludes COD charges, taxes, or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer).
Please note that for certain pin codes, an additional shipping charge may be applicable. The final shipping fee will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Delivery Process & Details
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India. Currently, we do not deliver to locations outside India.
While Bildago aims to ensure the delivery of its Products all across India, we currently have a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order, Users are required to enter their pincode details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their areas. If the area is not within Bildago’s recognised delivery network, we will not be able to process the order further.
Change of Address
You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and has not been shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address v/s the new delivery address, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.
Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, no address change request will be entertained.
Our Logistic Partners
Bildago partners with third-party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product delivery to Users ("Logistic Partners"). Details of the Logistic Partner processing the delivery, along with the tracking ID, will be provided to the User once the Product(s) are handed over.
Our logistic partner may take 1-10 business days for delivery, depending on the address and pin code. The User can check the order status by using the tracking information on the logistic partner’s website.
Shipping Address Details
Prior to making payments on the Platforms, the User will be prompted to provide a shipping address. The User must ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with sufficient landmarks. Any failure in delivering the purchased Products arising out of the User’s failure to provide correct, complete and accurate information shall not hold Bildago liable at any point in time.
Non-availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
